  • Dr.
    Dan & Lori Daniel
    Practice Owners

The Doctors Daniel were in their early twenties when they opened their practice in Covington in 1982. They are both graduates of LSU School of Veterinary Medicine.  Over the years they have mentored over 20 veterinary graduates and sent them on to prosperous careers. They have watched their practice grow into a multi-vet facility allowing them to both be semi-retired.

Dr Lori, although retired from practicing veterinary medicine, continues to manage the practice daily. Her  primary focus being on financial matters, medical records and consulting.  In her free time, she continues to teach exercise classes as she has for almost 30 years.

Dr. Dan, now part-time, enjoys educating when he is not practicing. In 2005, Dr. Dan helped in founding the Louisiana Technical College for Veterinary Technicians. His passion for mentoring students and interns interested in veterinary medicine is what he finds most rewarding. In his free time,  Dr. Dan enjoys fishing, relaxing at his camp in Mississippi with Dr. Lori and his dogs, and his many handyman 'projects.'
